Every year, millions of tonnes of fresh fruits and vegetables are wasted across India — not because they are bad, but because they don't reach the right hands in time.

We started Alora with a simple but powerful solution — dehydration.

By gently removing moisture from organic, farm fresh produce sourced directly from local farmers, we extend the shelf life naturally — from days to up to 12 months through mechanical dehydration, and up to 25 years through freeze dehydration — without adding a single preservative.
