About Our Products

Are your products 100% natural with no additives?

Yes, absolutely. All Alora products are made from 100% natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. We believe in honest food — what you see on the label is exactly what is inside.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product. Generally: Dehydrated Powders: 12–18 months. Dehydrated Fruit Slices: 6–12 months. Dehydrated Vegetables: 12–18 months. Kashmiri Khawa Tea: 12 months. All products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exact best-before dates are printed on each batch.

Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Yes. All Alora products are plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian friendly. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in any of our products.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most of our products are naturally gluten-free. However, we recommend buyers with severe gluten sensitivity to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for specific products as we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination in all cases.

Can you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. We provide COA on request for B2B and export buyers. The COA includes nutritional analysis, moisture content, microbial testing results, and other quality parameters. Please request this when placing your order.

Ordering & MOQ

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. Generally: Powders: 5kg minimum. Dehydrated Fruits & Vegetables: 3kg minimum. Kashmiri Khawa Tea: 1kg minimum. For export orders, higher MOQs may apply. Please contact us for specific product MOQs and bulk pricing.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We encourage buyers to request samples before committing to bulk orders. Sample packs are available for most products. Samples are chargeable — shipping costs apply. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange samples.

Do you offer custom blends or private label?

Yes! We offer custom blending, custom packaging, and private label services for B2B buyers. Minimum quantities apply for custom orders. Lead time for custom products is typically 21–28 business days. Please enquire with your specifications.

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes, mixed orders are welcome. Each product in the order must meet its individual MOQ. We can combine multiple products in a single shipment to reduce freight costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

We are actively building our export capability and warmly welcome enquiries from international buyers — particularly from the UK, Europe, Middle East, and beyond. We are working towards all necessary export documentation and certifications. If you are an international buyer, please reach out and we will work closely with you to find the best solution.

What are your delivery timelines?

Domestic India: 5–10 business days from payment confirmation. Export orders: 14–21 business days from payment, depending on destination and customs. Custom/bulk orders: 21–28 business days. We will keep you updated throughout.

What Incoterms do you offer?

We are familiar with international trade terms including FOB, CIF, and DDP. As we develop our export operations, we are happy to discuss the most suitable arrangement for your specific requirements. Please contact us and we will work together to find the best solution.

How is the packaging done for export?

All export products are packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging suitable for international shipping. Products are then packed in strong corrugated cartons with proper labelling including product name, weight, batch number, and best-before date.

Quality & Certifications

What certifications does Alora have?

Alora Customary Care is Udyam Registered (MSME). We are currently in the process of obtaining FSSAI certification, IEC (Import Export Code), GST registration, RCMC, and APEDA registration. These certifications are expected to be completed soon. Please enquire for current status.

How do you ensure product quality?

Every batch goes through our quality control process: raw material inspection, hygienic processing in clean facilities, moisture testing, visual inspection, and packaging checks. We work in small batches to ensure consistent quality in every order.

Where do you source your raw materials?

We source directly from trusted farming communities in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and other Indian states. We prioritise local, seasonal produce to ensure freshness, traceability, and fair prices for farmers.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT), UPI (domestic), PayPal (international), and Letter of Credit (LC) for export orders. Please visit our Payment Methods page for full details.

What is your refund policy?

We accept refund claims if the product received is damaged, different from what was ordered, or does not meet agreed specifications. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving goods with photographic evidence. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a processing fee as production may have already commenced. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
